Due West Education is seeking talented individuals to join our Marketing team as Online Marketing Specialist based in Beijing, China.

As the Online Marketing Specialist, you will

• Develop comprehensive online activities and social marketing strategies according to the company’s strategic development requirements
• Responsible for the planning and implementation of brand and product promotion and online activities
• Tracking promotion effect, analyzing data and feedback, sharing promotion experience
• Responsible for the overall management of the company’s network platform, Weibo and WeChat accounts
• Participate in company brand promotion and network marketing
• Responsible for Weibo/WeChat/Baidu Know/Zhihu content release, fan interaction, topic making, activity planning and implementation, and improving the number of users, user activity, and trading volume of the website
• Establish effective operation means to enhance user activity of each social platform (Little Red Book/Tic Tok/Bilibili etc.), increase the number of followers, and increase attention
• Rapid response to social and industry hot topics
• Competitor analysis and public opinion monitoring

What We Expect of You

• At least 2 years of online activity planning and planning ability, new media marketing and social media operation experience, love social media, familiar with other online media (BBS/Blog/SNS), familiar with current hot spots
• Familiar with online event planning and execution, word-of-mouth marketing, content marketing, BBS SNS marketing, experience in successful operation planning is preferred
• Self-media account operation experiences and good writing skills are preferred
• Familiar with Internet and mobile Internet industry, with active thinking and rich experience in using Internet products
• Have strong word-of-mouth marketing awareness
• Good at mining user psychology and creating hot topics
• Good team spirit, communication and coordination ability, plan execution ability, active thinking, initiative, and sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
